Vacant Staging - Hangen Ranch Area, Evergreen

After recently staging this 4,500 sq ft home, they were under contract in 8 days. The listing agent had suggested (and we concurred) painting the main floor a more neutral color and removing a ceiling light fixture to repurpose the room. By painting the main floor a neutral color and bringing in furniture, we transformed the space to highlight the stunning Mt. Blue Sky views. We brought in furniture, accessories, and artwork to every room! Staging included a huge built-in bookshelf visible from the first level and in a connection hallway.
